Panthers Open Spring Ball Wednesday

ATLANTA -- After capping the 2017 season with the first bowl game victory in school history, Georgia State gets its first look at 2018 as the Panthers open spring practice Wednesday under second-year head coach Shawn Elliott.

Georgia State posted a 7-5 record in Elliott's first season, capped by the 27-17 victory over Western Kentucky in the AutoNation Cure Bowl.

All spring practice sessions are scheduled for 9 a.m., beginning with Wednesday's first workout. Practice No. 2 is scheduled for Thursday, and then the Panthers will pause for spring break. Spring drills resume Monday, March 19 and continue through the April 7 Blue-White Spring Game at Georgia State Stadium.
