Panthers Fall to Troy; DH Saturday

* SCHEDULE UPDATE: Georgia State and Troy will conclude their series with a doubleheader Saturday, beginning at 2 p.m. There will be no game Sunday.

ATLANTA -- Georgia State fell 10-6 in its series opener against Troy Friday night at the GSU Baseball Complex.

GSU starter Hunter Gaddis (1-5) struck out nine in 6.2 innings, but Troy (18-16, 6-7 Sun Belt) hit three solo homers, two of them by Rigsby Mosley.

Georgia State (10-24, 2-11) jumped in front in the first inning as Daino Deas singled and scored on a double by Brandon Bell.
