Box Score ATLANTA -- Georgia State ended its 2020 regular season Wednesday night with a 2-0 win over UAB at Center Parc Stadium.
GSU finishes the regular season 9-2-2, the third best win percentage in program history and best since the 1998 Panthers finished the regular season 14-1-1.
Georgia State broke the scoreless draw in the 29th minute when Maddie Johnston drew a penalty in the UAB box. The freshman went bottom left on the PK for her team-leading fourth goal of the season.
The Panthers extended their lead just four minutes into the second half when Jolie Ryff scored on a header to make it 2-0, GSU.
