ATLANTA – Georgia State head coach Ron Hunter announced the signing of Murray State graduate transfer and Wheeler High School standout Justin Seymour on Friday. The 6-3 guard will have one season of eligibility remaining with the Panthers for the upcoming 2016-17 season.
