ATLANTA – Georgia State’s softball team swept a doubleheader against Detroit Saturday, scoring 25 runs in just 11 innings.
Game 1: GSU 14, Detroit 6 (Six Innings)
Georgia State run-ruled the Titans in six innings in Game 1, scoring 14 runs on 16 hits. It was the second straight game with 16 hits for the Panthers. Eight different GSU batters recorded a hit and each of the first six batters in the lineup finished the game with an RBI.
Reagan Morgan went 4-for-4 with a 3-run homer and three runs scored. It was her second career home run.
