Georgia State's Nov. 7 home game against ULM will kick off at 12 noon at Center Parc Stadium and air on ESPN3, the Sun Belt Conference announced today.
The ULM game will be the second straight home contest for the Panthers (2-2, 1-2 Sun Belt), who host No. 20 Coastal Carolina this Saturday, also at noon on ESPNU.
