ATLANTA — After celebrating their graduating seniors during a pregame ceremony, the Panthers braved cold, rainy conditions to play to a 1-1 draw with visiting UCF on Sunday afternoon.
How It Happened
Both teams tested the net early but came out emptyhanded, with the Panthers seeing all three of their first half shots on goal stopped, and goalkeeper holding on to both shots he saw from the Knights.
With just over 22 minutes remaining in the second half, directed a throw in at the UCF net. The Knights' defense was able to redirect the ball away from the goal, but was able to collect it and fire a shot past the keeper for his second goal of the season.
