ATLANTA -- Fans excited for the upcoming basketball season can come to see the Georgia State men’s basketball team in action for the first time this year at a special Saturday scrimmage.
Head coach Ron Hunter and the Panthers will host an open scrimmage on the GSU Perimeter Decatur Campus on Saturday starting at 11:30 a.m. Hunter’s squad will practice and play for approximately 90 minutes. Parking and admission are free of charge. The address is 3251 Panthersville Road, Decatur, Ga.
The defending Sun Belt Conference champions finished last year 24-11, advancing to the NCAA Tournament for the second time in four years.
