ATLANTA -- Shortstop Justin Jones is a first-team selection to the 2018 Google Cloud Academic All-America® Division I Baseball Team, announced Thursday by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA), becoming Georgia State's first three-time Academic All-America® in any sport.
The senior from Warner Robins, Ga., caps his career with first-team honors after earning third-team recognition in 2016 and the second-team accolades in 2017.
Jones maintains a 4.11 grade point average while majoring in health and physical education.
