ATLANTA - After falling behind 3-0 in the first inning Wednesday, Georgia State scored five unanswered runs on the way to a 6-4 win over Kennesaw State at the Bob Heck Softball Complex. The win marks seven straight for GSU in the series with the Owls.
The Owls got off to a hot start with three runs on three hits in the first frame, but Kinsley Jennings entered the circle in the top of the second and held the Owls to just one run on five hits over the final six innings.
