ATLANTA -- Georgia State's record-setting victory at ULM was recognized by the Sun Belt Conference as Penny Hart was named Sun Belt Offensive Player of the Week and Marterious Allen was named Defensive Player of the Week.
The Panthers (3-2, 2-0 Sun Belt) won 47-37 for their third straight road victory to atop the conference standings as one of three undefeated teams.
Hart, the sophomore receiver, caught 11 passes for a school-record 190 yards and three touchdowns. His performance keyed a record-setting day for the Georgia State offense, which piled up a school-record 670 yards while scoring the Panthers' most points ever against an FBS opponent.
