ATLANTA – Georgia State men’s soccer earned its second straight victory with a 2-1 win over Gardner-Webb Tuesday night at the GSU Soccer Complex, getting the game-winning goal from Aris Briggs in the 75th minute.
The win bumped the Panthers to 8-4-1 on the year and dropped Gardner-Webb to 3-8-1 overall. Tuesday’s victory improved Georgia State to 5-2 at home this season and was GSU’s seventh victory in eight meetings with the Runnin’ Bulldogs.
