ATLANTA- After two straight weekends on the road, Georgia State volleyball returns to the GSU Sports arena this weekend to face a pair of familiar foes. The Panthers will host Coastal Carolina on Friday night before battling Appalachian State on Saturday. Both matches have a 6:30 p.m. start time.
Georgia State fell in both matchups earlier in the season. Meisheia Griffin shined in the contest against the Chanticleers recording five blocks and 10 kills. Coastal Carolina comes to Atlanta with a 19-5 overall record. Anett Nemeth leads Coastal Carolina's offense and has been named the Sun Belt Offensive Player of the Week four times this season.
