HARRISONBURG, Va. — The Georgia State women's basketball team (6-9, 1-2 SBC) fell on the road Thursday afternoon, dropping an 84-64 decision to the James Madison Dukes (10-5, 2-1 SBC).

The Panthers placed two players in double figures, led by Grace Lanier, who finished with 13 points and a team-high four steals. Crystal Henderson matched Lanier with 13 points and added two steals. Cheyenne Holloman added nine points and three steals, while providing a spark on the glass with two offensive rebounds. The Panthers finished with 10 offensive boards, converting them into three second-chance points.
