ATLANTA– Angel and Bella Ferary, freshmen twins on the Georgia State beach volleyball team, were named First-Team AVCA High School All-Americans.Georgia State was one of two schools to have multiple players receive First-Team High School All-American honors.
"Bella and Angel are driven young women who consistently set, work toward and achieve challenging goals," said head coach Beth Van Fleet. "We are thrilled that they have earned this award from the AVCA and recognize that their work ethic and club training helped propel them to this level."
The sisters are the first players from the state of Georgia to be named to the team.
