ATLANTA - Head coach Chris England released the schedule for Georgia State’s outdoor track and field team Wednesday, announcing that the Panthers will take part in three track meets in metro Atlanta this season.
“Every meet along the way to those championships serves as a way for each individual to make themselves better, but seeking the team championships is what the season is all about,” England said.
The Panthers will open the outdoor season in Oxford, Ala. at the Jacksonville State Invite on March 11. GSU will then compete in Atlanta for two straight weekends at the Yellow Jacket Invite (March 17) and the Emory Classic (March 24).
