ATLANTA- Georgia State beach volleyball player Maddy Delmonte has been selected to the CCSA All-Freshman Team as announced by the conference Thursday afternoon. The Virginia Beach native enters this weekend’s conference tournament with a 20-12 record on the season.
Of Delmonte’s 20 wins, 18 have come in either the top or second flight for the Panthers. The freshman is just one of three GSU athletes to compete in all 32 duals this season. Delmonte accumulated 10 wins early in the season with partner Olivia Stasevich highlighted by wins over opposition from Grand Canyon and Tulane.
