ATLANTA -- Georgia State wide receiver Robert Davis, who just completed a record-setting, four-year career for the Panthers, has earned an invitation to the annual NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis, Ind.
This year's Combine will be held Feb. 28-March 6, with the receivers scheduled for March 1-4.
Davis is the second player in GSU history to be invited to the Combine, following his former teammate Albert Wilson, also a receiver. After participating in the 2013 NFL Combine, Wilson signed a free agent contract with the Kansas City Chiefs, with whom he just completed his third season.
The 6-3, 220-pound Davis is the Panthers' all-time leading receiver with 222 receptions for 3,391 yards, breaking Wilson's records in both categories.
