ATLANTA - Head coach Chris England is preparing the GSU cross country team for Saturday's JSU Foothills Invite in Oxford, Ala., hosted by Jacksonville State.
The Panthers will be competing at 10 a.m. ET at Choccolocco Park.
"With a handful of Sun Belt teams competing along with 25 or so Division-II and Division-III schools, Saturday's 5K will be a good measure for us as we get closer to the Sun Belt Championship," England said.
GSU will host the 2019 Sun Belt Championship in four weeks.
Troyce Grant was named this week's Sun Belt Runner of the Week after her performance last weekend for the Panthers.
