Clinton, Alarape Named NSCAA All-Southeast Region

ATLANTA- Georgia State men’s soccer student-athletes Kyle Clinton and Rashid Alarape were named to the NSCAA All-Southeast Region Team, as announced Friday.

Clinton and Alarape were two of five Sun Belt student-athletes to be tabbed to the list, with Coastal Carolina and Hartwick also having players on the list.

Alarape led the team in goals with nine, three of which were game-winners, and tied for the second-most shots fired with 29. The senior scored the game-winner over then-No. 2 Wake Forest to defeat the highest-ranked opponent in program history.

Clinton helped lead the defensive effort for the team, helping lead the Panthers to five of its seven shutouts.
