ATLANTA, GA.- Georgia State fell 3-1 (20-25, 25-19, 25-22, 25-16) despite a career high in blocks from both Meisheia Griffin and Sydney Stroud. Griffin would take part in 12 blocks on the evening while Stroud put down nine attempts.

Griffin and Stroud entered the evening ranked second and seventh in the Sun Belt respectively in blocks per set. The Panthers would finish the night with a season high 18 blocks as a team.
