ATLANTA – Georgia State women's soccer standouts Jimena Cabrero and Brooke Shank both earned Second Team All-Sun Belt honors as voted on by head coaches around the league, the conference announced Tuesday afternoon.
Cabrero, a freshman from Santander, Spain, has made a huge impact in her first year of collegiate soccer, leading Georgia State with five goals and two assists for 12 total points. Her five goals are tied for the 10th-most among all players in the Sun Belt, four of which are game-winning goals – tied for the second most in the conference.
