were a perfect 4-0 helping the Panthers to an undefeated weekend at the Diggin' Duals tournament and have been named GSU Student-Athletes of the Week on Monday.
The duo helped Georgia State take the tournament title by taking down conference rivals UNCW and College of Charleston as well as Arizona State and Tampa who were receiving votes in the AVCA Beach Volleyball Poll. With the four wins, Weiner moved into second place in individual wins in GSU beach history.
Weiner and Novack kicked off the weekend with a 21-19, 21-14 win over UNCW, helping GSU to a 3-2 win over the Seahawks.
