Bobcats Hold Off Late GSU Rally

SAN MARCOS, Texas -- Georgia State made a late push in the final minutes of Saturday's game at Teas State, but the Bobcats held on to win 67-62.

Taylor Hosendove drilled a 3-pointer to pull the Panthers to within three points with 15 seconds left but the Bobcats made their free throws to hold off the comeback.

Hosendove scored 12 of her team-high 23 points in the fourth quarter. She finished with 11 rebounds for her ninth double-double of the year.

Georgia State and Texas State stayed close the whole contest with all four quarters being decided by four points or less.
