ATLANTA - Georgia State men’s soccer's Kwaku Adu-Boahene is this week’s GSU Student-Athlete of the Week, powered by the U.S. Marines.
Adu scored two game-winning goals for the Panthers on their way to the SBC Tournament championship match.
He ended the season with three goals, all of which were game winners. The Cumming, Ga. native now ties for first on the team in game-winning goals with Kyle Clinton.
The sophomore forward had five shots in the conference tournament, with three on target for a .600 shots on goal percentage. Adu was named to the Sun Belt All-Tournament Team for his efforts over the weekend.
