ATLANTA – Georgia State has announced that the Panthers will open the 2017 season hosting Tennessee State on Sept. 2.
The official location of the game will be determined at a later date with multiple options still in play.
It will mark the first game between the two schools located just four hours apart and continues a philosophy of scheduling opponents in the football-rich southeast.
