STATESBORO, Ga. – On Thursday the Georgia Southern women's tennis team completed their weeklong trip to the Sunshine State where they competed in four matches. The Eagles concluded the trip with matches against Chicago State and St. Norbert College. The Blue and White finished the week with a 3-1 one record and didn't allow a point in the final day, winning 7-0 in both matches.
The Eagles started the day off hot sweeping Chicago State in doubles play. Emilia Bujan and partner Paige Christian defeated their opponents 6-1 to start the Eagles success.
