That fire soon went out when the Trojans came out showing no mercy, going on a 9-0 run to start off the game.
Things did not get better from there for the Eagles as the Trojans went on another run, 8-1, and put up a 30-point advantage of 53-23 by the end of the half.
The Eagles had many falters, one of which being 16 turnovers alone in the first half, and only shot 33 percent from the floor.
