Watson Qualifies for NCAAs, Moore medals at Sun Belt Outdoor Championship

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – NaJ Watson took third in the 200 and qualified for the NCAA Prelims, and Imani Moore took second in the long jump to lead Georgia Southern track and field to an 11th-place finish at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championship Saturday at Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium.

Watson ran the 200 in 23.31, and Moore posted a mark of 5.99m in the long jump, tied for the seventh-best in program history.

Watson took fifth in the 100 (11.59) and teamed with Lauren Euler, Megan Bolton and Moore to place fourth in the 4x400 relay.
