Chad Lunsford and his staff was able to reel in another strong talent in the class of 2019 on the defensive side of the ball. David Spaulding of the Bradwell Institute committed to Georgia Southern via Twitter Sunday afternoon.
The 6-foot-2 cornerback also had offers from Appalachian State, Boston College and Duke among others.
As a two-year starter at BI, Spaulding had 43 tackles and two interceptions for the Tigers, per Max Preps. Spaulding is the third cornerback to commit to GS in the class of 2019.
