STATESBORO - Thirty-two Georgia Southern student-athletes will be taking advantage of an incredible opportunity this week as they embark to the state capital for the APEX program's Atlanta Career Networking Tour on April 24-26.
The group will travel to Atlanta for a two-night stay and will visit the corporate offices of Coca-Cola, Norfolk Southern, Home Depot and Delta. There will also be a networking dinner, a tour of the Truist Park, home of the Atlanta Braves, as well as a visit to Top Golf.
"We are so fortunate to return to Atlanta for our Spring Career Networking Tour and the opportunities it will provide for these 32 student-athletes," said Gleen Hart, senior associate athletics director for student-athlete development.
