STATESBORO, Ga. – In the 73rd minute, Adam Davie found a streaking Alhaji Tambadu on the wing, beating the defender and chipped the goalkeeper to score the lone goal of the Eagles 2021 season opener.
Jokull Blaengsson earned his first clean sheet of the season, posting one save on a key set piece for Presbyterian in the 35thminute. The Eagles and Blue Hose would remain scoreless at half, with the shots favoring Presbyterian 4-2.
