Offensively against Mississippi State, the Jaguars were led by sophomore quarterback Dallas Davis. He threw for 284 yards on 24 completions and added 45 yards on the ground. He’s athletic enough to extend plays and pick up first downs with his legs if he has to.
TE Gerald Everett and WR Josh Magee are dangerous in the passing game and both are capable of making big plays. Everett caught the game-winning pass against the Bulldogs, and Magee finished with 113 yards and a touchdown as well. This will be the first big test for the young GS secondary, and the Jaguars may take some shots down the field early in the game to test them.
