NEW ORLEANS- Both Giulia Riepe and Rise Lanne were named to the Sun Belt's All-Conference teams on Wednesday night, following their impressive performances for the tennis programs at Georgia Southern throughout the regular season. Both playing solely at the No.1 positions for their respective teams, Riepe, a junior, was named to the All-Conference Second Team while Lanne, a senior, was a part of the First Team.
Riepe conjured up a 13-5 spring record, going 2-2 in conference play at the top spot. Both of her conference wins, over Troy and UL Monroe, came in straight sets.
