STATESBORO - Davis Brin and JC French combined to throw for 357 yards and four touchdowns as the Georgia Southern football team held its final full scrimmage of the preseason Saturday morning at Allen E. Paulson Stadium.
The receivers stole the show as seven different players had at least 28 yards and 14 players had at least one reception. The scoring started on the first drive as Brin marched the first-team offense down the field 75 yards on six plays, hitting Derwin Burgess Jr. on an 18-yard touchdown pass to cap the drive.
