NEW ORLEANS – The Georgia Southern women's tennis team closes out their 2015-16 season at the Sun Belt Tournament in New Orleans this weekend, playing first against No.5 Troy.
The Eagles, who are seeded fourth in the tournament, hold a 12-8 record with one of those wins being against first-round opponent Troy.
"There is no doubt that for our first match against Troy, we will have to remain focused and battle hard for every point," head coach Michele Stanford said. "It is going to be very important that we show up not only physically prepared, but also mentally and emotionally.
