ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. - The Georgia Southern men's tennis team opened the season with a 6-1 road win over the Flagler Saints on Friday, Jan. 20. Georgia Southern moves to 1-0 on the season while the match was an exhibition for the Division II preseason No. 4 Saints.
The afternoon started with doubles matches, where Pol del Castillo Masich and Judson Blair picked up the 6-3 win in the No. 1 position. At the No. 2 position, Alexandros Roumpis and Aaron Williams earned a 6-2 win to clinch the doubles point for the Eagles.
