STATESBORO – Georgia Southern Men's Soccer Head Coach John Murphy has announced the signing of two additional student-athletes for the Class of 2017. Aldair Cortes and Alahaki Tambadu join the Eagles after playing most recently for Atlanta United's U-18 Academy Team.

A three-year All-State selection at Cairo High School, Aldair Cortes made the move to Atlanta United for the 2016-17 season. A midfielder at Cairo High School, Cortes is the starting left back for Atlanta United, playing in the US Soccer Development Academy program.
