STATESBORO – Georgia Southern men's golf coach Carter Collins announced today that Colin Bowles (Albany, Ga./Terrell Academy) has joined the 2018-19 Eagle roster.
Bowles, who is eligible to compete this spring, transferred from Ohio State, where he spent the fall semester. The freshman played in three events and posted a 76.56 scoring average. His best finish was a 28th-place outing after shooting 73-76-73=222 (+6) in the Gordin Classic.
"Colin is a talented golfer, an excellent student and an even better person, and he has a tremendous work ethic to tie it all together," said Collins.
