LAKE WORTH, Fla. – Archer Price shot a 4-under-par 67, and the Georgia Southern men's golf team is in sixth place after the first round of the FAU Slomin Autism Invitational Friday at the Fountains Country Club North Course.
Price is tied for third after shooting the lowest round of his career. Jonas Vaisanen fired a 69 and is tied for 10th, while Henry Mabbett tallied a 74. Steven Fisk and Jake Storey each carded a 75.
Georgia Southern (+2) is three strokes back of Bethune-Cookman (-2) and tournament host Florida Atlantic, which are tied for fourth.
