STATESBORO, Ga. - The Louisiana women's basketball team closed out the first half hitting 5-of-6 three-pointers to open up a double-digit halftime lead, then held on for a 58-48 Sun Belt Conference victory over Georgia Southern on Saturday afternoon at Hanner Fieldhouse.
