STATESBORO – Georgia Southern Athletics plans to move to full capacity at all outdoor sporting events following changes to public health guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Georgia Department of Public Health, and an updated executive order from the Office of the Governor.
Wearing masks or facial coverings is recommended at all University outdoor sporting events.
The first athletic event to operate under full capacity is scheduled to be on Thursday, May 20 as baseball hosts UT Arlington.
