STATESBORO - Sophomore Braxton Johns delivered six innings of three hit, shutout ball on the mound to earn the win as Georgia Southern downed College of Charleston 6-4 on Tuesday night. Johns, making his first Division I start, was outstanding to improve to 3-2 on the year. The offense stepped up early, scoring three runs in the first two innings to snap a four-game losing streak.
