Five Questions With Chris Foster

STATESBORO – It was a sweltering morning on the turf of Glenn Bryant Field as the Georgia Southern football team went through the paces of its sixth preseason practice Thursday morning at Allen E. Paulson Stadium. Coming off their first off day of camp, the legs were fresh as a sprinted two-hour session was completed by 10:45 a.m. After practice, everyone was treated to a popsicle to cool the core, but also provide a tasty treat as a reward for a hard day of work.

The team practiced at Paulson to get a feel for the turf before Saturday's 80-play scrimmage and to give the grass at Beautiful Eagle Creek a second day to recover from the wear and tear it takes on during camp.
