STATESBORO — The Georgia Southern baseball team announced seven signees for the upcoming 2026 season. The list consists of six transfers, four of which from Power Four schools, and a singular high school player.
Chase Davis: LHP/INF - Tallahassee, Fla. - South Alabama - Sophomore
In his freshman season for the Jaguars, Davis made eight appearances on the season with seven starts. With a 1-3 record across 20.2 innings, he's allowed 17 earned runs while striking out 13. Against eventual regional host in Southern Miss on March 30th, Davis would give up four hits but not allow an earned run in his three innings of work.
