Columbia, SC — The Georgia Southern team finished sixth of nine teams at the Gamecock Invitational with numerous PBs set all around.
The meet started off with a bang on Wednesday as Sterling Burd cemented herself in the B Final for the 100 Fly, where she would swim a 55.46 en route to not only placing 13th in the event, but also completed the fourth fastest 100 Fly mark in program history.
The 400 IM saw Sarah Luskus swim a career best 4:22.16 in the 400 IM, finishing just outside the top-20 of the field.
