STATESBORO, Ga. – For the second time this season the Georgia Southern women's tennis team will look to open the home season, after the first attempt was rained out. The Eagles have had the following 13 days off to prepare for a weekend matchup with Charlotte and Florida A&M. The Blue and White were points away from falling to the No. 20 ranked Florida State Seminoles 4-3 in Tallahassee.
"I know the women have been anticipating this weekend's matches quite a bit," Head Coach Sean McCaffrey said. "After we battled with Florida State two weeks ago, they have worked hard on the court and in training to prepare for two tough matches with Charlotte and Florida A&M.
