STATESBORO - The Georgia Southern football squad held its second full team scrimmage of the spring Saturday morning at Allen E. Paulson Stadium.
Dalen Cobb opened the scoring with a 35-yard touchdown pass from Davis Brin and then Anthony Queeley scored on a 7-yard run around the right side.
JC French connected with Jaylon Barden for a 14-yard pass to the back corner of the end zone and Terron Dixon III scored on a 9-yard run around the right side.
Brin and French combined to throw for 295 yards and two scores while OJ Arnold (22 yard) and Terrance Gibbs (21 yard) paced the rushing attack in limited work.
