The Georgia Southern men’s basketball team fell to the University of Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks Friday night.
Though GS trailed majority of the game, multiple Eagles were unstoppable on the court. Senior guard Tookie Brown tallied 28 points, two rebounds, and two assists. Redshirt-sophomore guard Quan Jackson added 20 points, three rebounds, and two blocks. Off the bench, redshirt-junior forward Simeon Carter tallied 10 points and two blocks.
As expected, Warhawks senior guard Daishon Smith put on a show for the home crowd. He scored close to his season high of 42 points with 38 points, six assists, and six rebounds.
