STATESBORO, Ga. – Coming off of a 5-2 win over Presbyterian, the Georgia Southern women's tennis team heads over to Alabama this weekend to face Alabama State and Jacksonville State in Montgomery. Friday's match against the Hornets starts at 2:30 p.m. while Saturday's match versus the Gamecocks begins at 1:30 p.m.
The Eagles, who hold a 2-1 record so far, are the only team out of the three to beat Presbyterian this season. Alabama State (2-2) lost to them 1-6 on Jan. 31 and Jacksonville State (1-4) was swept by the Bluehose 0-7 one day before.
